There are few apartments with balcony and few without. It depends on availability. But is the apartment is with balcony, then yes, you can smoke in the balcony and its from level 1 to 4.

Yes, all our one bedroom apartments have private balconies. Regarding our two bedroom and open plan apartments, it depends on the exact location in the building. We will try our very best to accommodate this need, however, it cannot be guaranteed.

Exceptional
The location is very nice located next to restaurants and shops and is very near public transit. The apartment was perfect for our family, with a kitchen and the ability to do laundry before moving on to our next stop.
