There are few apartments with balcony and few without. It depends on availability. But is the apartment is with balcony, then yes, you can smoke in the balcony and its from level 1 to 4.

Yes, all our one bedroom apartments have private balconies. Regarding our two bedroom and open plan apartments, it depends on the exact location in the building. We will try our very best to accommodate this need, however, it cannot be guaranteed.

« Parfait ! excellente adresse, appartement haut de gamme, bon rapport qualité prix »
localisation parfaite, équipe très sympa, appartement en parfait état et chambres spacieuse. Nous étions 6 avec 4 enfants avec 2 chambres et un grand canapé lit dans le salon. Londres est chère, Cheval Harrington est un excellent rapport qualité prix, en particulier pour 6 personnes
